EnjoyCards provides AI-generated flashcards and spaced-repetition review to help you learn vocabulary.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when you sign up.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to disrupt, abuse, or gain unauthorized access to the service
- Reverse engineer or copy the app beyond what is permitted
- Misuse AI-generated content or input harmful content
4. Subscriptions and payments
Some features require a paid subscription, processed by our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refund eligibility follows the applicable app store (Apple App Store / Google Play) policies.
5. Intellectual property
The EnjoyCards software, designs and content are owned by us or our licensors. Your flashcards remain yours, and you grant us a limited license to store and process them to operate the service.
6. AI-generated content
Flashcard content is generated by AI and may occasionally be inaccurate. You should verify important information. We are not liable for reliance on AI output.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
