You can delete your EnjoyCards account and all associated data at any time.
What happens when you delete your account
- Your account, flashcards, decks, review history and study statistics will be permanently deleted.
- This action cannot be undone.
- Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through your app store.
How to delete your account
From the app
- Open EnjoyCards
- Go to Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion
By request
If you cannot delete from within the app, email us at support@enjoycards.app from the email address registered to your account, and we will process the deletion.
What we keep
Records we are legally required to retain (such as for tax or fraud prevention) will be kept only as long as required by law.
